General Info - About Us and the Gubana
Located in Ponte San Quirino, in the tipical area of production, Giuditta Teresa could couple the local culinary tradition and a modern reinterpretation of shapes and packaging, offering a line of high cookery products.

The eastern part of Friuli, between Cividale and the border with Slovenia, follows the upper portion of the Natisone river and is known as the Natisone valleys. Here a tipical culinary tradition was developed and its most famous product is the Gubana.

La Gubana,
 A tiny case of pastry contains a rich filling made with Hazel Nuts, Pine-Seeds, Sultanas, Almonds and Macaroons well blended together with Rum and Marsala Wine. That is the secret of such a rich cake. Giuditta Teresa il still preparing its Gubanas in the artisan way, following the ancient recipe.
